Alex McWhirter & Anna Tran-Dinh

Gladesville RSL Gymnastics sensations Alexandra McWhirter and Anna Tran-Dinh were selected to represent Australia in the Acrobatics World Age Championships in Geneva.

Since partnering up back in 2018 the dynamic duo have proved incredibly successful with the pair winning all competitions entered in Australia last year including the NSW Senior and the Australian Gymnastic Championships where they qualified for the National Squad.

Alexandra has been a member of Gladesville Gymnastics Club for nine years and Anna for four years. The duo competed in the Flanders International Aero Cup in Belgium in April 2019 and qualified for the finals – finishing fifth at their very first international competition.

Following another outstanding performance at the selection trials in Melbourne during February, the pair were selected in the Australian team that was to compete at the Acrobatics World Age Cup to be held in Geneva.
