For the last the years, Ryan has umpired junior games and for the last two years, he has been an assistant coach for an U10s team.
In 2026, Ryan made his first grade debut at age 16 where he has developed a strong relationship with previous award winner Christian Lane.
He was selected for the U16s NSW team in 2024/2025, the NSW U18s in 2026, the Australian U16s team in 2025, including takin part in the USA Tour – Aus v USA Series, and the Australian U18s squad in 2026.
RYAN REEKIE has not only achieved great success on the baseball field but has been a wonderful role model for younger Ryde Hawks Baseball players in the area.
