Beginning squash at the age of eight, Stanley has developed through the JETS Squash program and trains at MAASH Sports and Fitness.
In 2026, Stanley achieved selection in the Australian Junior Team for the World Junior Squash Championships held in Canada in July.
In April 2026, Stanley represented Australia in the Junior Trans-Tasman Team, with the Australian team winning the series. At state and national level, he has consistently produced outstanding results, including podium finishes at the 2026 and 2025 Oceania Junior Open, 2025 Australian Junior Open and 2025 NSW Junior State Championships. He was also a member of the NSW team that won Gold at the 2025 Australian Junior Championships. Stanley has achieved strong school sport success, representing Chatswood High School and Sydney North as well as at the Combined High Schools Championships, winning 10 medals in the past five years.
